1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using a1autoglassco.com you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree please do not use our website.

2. Use of This Website

You may use this website for lawful purposes only. You agree not to:

3. Quote Requests and Service Inquiries

Submitting a quote request does not constitute a confirmed appointment or binding agreement. All quotes are estimates subject to change upon inspection of the vehicle. Final pricing is confirmed at time of service.

4. Service Terms

All services are subject to the following:

  • Services performed by trained certified technicians
  • OEM and OEM-equivalent glass used unless otherwise specified
  • ADAS recalibration recommended for vehicles with safety camera systems
  • Drive-away time instructions must be followed for proper adhesive curing
  • A1 Auto Glass is not responsible for pre-existing damage or rust discovered during service

5. Warranty

A1 Auto Glass provides a lifetime workmanship warranty on all glass installations. This warranty:

  • Covers defects in installation workmanship
  • Covers manufacturer defects in glass materials
  • Does not cover damage caused by accidents or vandalism
  • Does not cover stress cracks caused by frame damage
  • Is non-transferable and applies to the original vehicle owner

Window tinting includes the LLumar manufacturer lifetime warranty against bubbling, peeling, and color change.

6. Insurance Claims

When you authorize A1 Auto Glass to bill your insurance directly you authorize us to communicate with your insurer. You are responsible for any deductible or amounts not covered by your policy. A1 Auto Glass is not responsible for claim denials or coverage disputes.

7. Limitation of Liability

A1 Auto Glass liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website including text, images, logos, and graphics is the property of A1 Auto Glass & Window Tinting or its licensors. You may not reproduce or distribute any content without written permission.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of San Diego County, California.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our website constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
