ADAS Recalibration
After Windshield Replacement
Keep Your Safety Systems Working After Glass Service
Expert ADAS Recalibration
If your vehicle was built after 2018 it almost certainly has a camera mounted behind the windshield. That camera controls your forward collision warning, lane assist, and automatic braking. When the windshield is replaced that camera moves. Even a small shift in angle can cause missed hazards or false alerts.
A1 Auto Glass performs both static and dynamic ADAS calibration for most makes and models using manufacturer-approved equipment. We document every calibration so you have a record for insurance and warranty purposes.
We strongly recommend OEM or OEM-equivalent glass for any ADAS-equipped vehicle. Aftermarket windshields can have optical variations that affect camera performance even after calibration. We stock the right glass for your vehicle.

Your Safety Features Are Only as Good as Your Calibration.
Most drivers do not know ADAS recalibration is required after a windshield replacement. The shops that skip it are cutting corners. An uncalibrated system can fail to detect vehicles, trigger false braking, or disable safety features entirely and throw a dashboard warning.
A1 Auto Glass includes calibration as part of every windshield replacement on ADAS-equipped vehicles. We use the same calibration targets and procedures required by vehicle manufacturers. You leave with every safety system working correctly.
Static Calibration
Performed in our controlled shop environment using calibration targets and manufacturer-approved equipment. Precise, consistent, and documented every time.

Requires driving at set speed on roads with clear lane markings while the system self-calibrates. Some vehicles require both static and dynamic. We handle both.
